Harold Brown
Harold Brown has been employed in the field of aquatics since 1991. He has been instructing the CPO Course since 1994, certifying over 1000 commercial swimming pool operators to date. His approach to the course content is to emphasize safe and efficient pool operation. Operational problems are addressed with real-life experience, not just related theory. Harold has spent most of his time with Spear Corporation working in the field helping pool operators solve pool operation problems. Harold’s experience in the Aquatic Industry includes acting as lead pool operator for the 2004 FINA World Championship Swimming meet in Indianapolis and lead pool operator for the 2012 Olympic Swimming Trials in Omaha, Nebraska. Harold has been involved in research, development and testing for new products for the aquatics industry.
